We transfer personal data collected as part of this contractual relationship regarding the application for, execution and termination of this business relationship, as well as data regarding non-contractual behaviour or fraudulent behaviour to CRIF Bürgel GmbH, Radlkoferstraße 2, 81373 Munich, Germany.
The legal basis for the transfer of this data is Article 6(1) lit. b and Article 6(1) lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Transfers based on Article 6(1) lit. f of the GDPR may only be made if this is required to maintain the legitimate interests of a company or third party and does not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject who requires their data to be protected. Data is also exchanged with CRIFBÜRGEL for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations relating to the performance of credit checks on customers (Sections 505a and 506 of the German Civil Code).
CRIFBÜRGEL processes the data it receives and also uses it to create profiles (scoring), in order to give its contractual partners in the European Economic Area, in Switzerland and, if applicable, in other third countries (insofar as an adequacy decision has been made on them by the European Commission) information relating to the creditworthiness of natural persons, amongst other things. If your data is no longer required for the specified purpose, it will be erased. Please note that when data is erased it will initially be restricted and only permanently erased after a time delay; this is in order to prevent accidental erasure or any possible deliberate damage. For technical reasons, data may be duplicated in data back-up files and for service mirroring. Such copies likewise will be deleted only after the time delay required for technical reasons.
