Thanks to the SCHLICK patented Anti-Bearding Cap (ABC) the sticking and build-up of deposits is prevented as far as possible. The special design also enables a very simple installation/de-installation for cleaning or servicing by hand. This leads to shorter downtimes and more efficiency in production. A pneumatic up/down control with a cleaning needle and also single attachment for pattern air (PA) and atomising air (AA) is required for the standard fitting of the Pro ABC nozzle.

Standard bore holes for liquid operation are available with 0.5 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 1.8 / 2.0 / 2.3 / 2.8 mm.
Alternative bore hole diameters are available on request.

Material: Stainless steel 1.4305 (AISI 316L) or brass, surface quality: Ra < 0.8. Other materials available on request.
