SCHMIDT EHS flat spray nozzles – strong and even

These nozzles are characterised by a sharp and even flat spray with extraordinary spray depth. The uniform distribution of force allows for impressive cleaning performance and ensures spotless surfaces. Ideal for tasks involving treating large specific surfaces. The flat spray nozzles are manufactured with scatter cones of 5° to 60°, though customised variants are possible.

These high-pressure nozzles are compact and extremely stable by design. With a working pressure of up to 2500 bar, even large surfaces can be treated quickly and safely. The continuous internal geometry ensures a high level of efficiency and therefore a very efficient liquid spray. In order to withstand the high working pressure, the flat spray nozzles are manufactured primarily using hardened high-grade steel.

SCHMIDT EHS flat spray nozzles are sure to impress with their long service lives and low maintenance requirements. A wide range of designs offer solutions for a variety of application areas. They are available as plug-in or screw-in nozzles or with nozzle exit units. Depending on the model variant, the bores produced are between 0.2 and 6.0 mm. Personalised bore hole diameters upon request.

SCHMIDT EHS nozzle holder DH 10-14 with rotating nozzle RS GK 10. — **SCHMIDT EHS nozzle holder**
Nozzle holder with threaded connector in a wide range of designs and sizes for both flat spray and round spray nozzles. Also available in a design suitable for welding, depending on requirements. For securing plug-in nozzles with individual union nuts. SCHMIDT EHS nozzle holders ensure a proper connection and allow for quick nozzle changes.

SCHMIDT EHS ball joint made of high-grade steel. With male thread and female thread connection. — **SCHMIDT EHS ball joints**
Ball joints are the best choice when you’re using swivel-mounted nozzles. They ensure that the spray is directed with precision, exactly as required. Depending on the design, they can be installed using union nuts, threaded nipples or welding nipples.

Two SCHMIDT EHS stabilisers in different sizes. — **SCHMIDT EHS stabilisers**
With large-bore nozzles, there may be turbulence in the liquid flow, which can negatively affect the spray pattern. Stabilisers can be installed to counteract this and help ensure an even spray. The technical production of such stabilisers is very demanding.

Rotary nozzles may be additionally fitted with a feed unit. This unit is particularly useful when cleaning pipes. The liquid pressure produced generates an opposing feed motion and the nozzle is automatically pushed through the pipe by the recoil.

High-performance plug-in nozzles

These were designed especially for use with hand lances. Depending on the design variant, they can be used at an operating pressure of 2500 bar and are particularly impressive in terms of their efficiency, quality and service life. Their convenient shape means they can easily be fitted to hand lances using union nuts.

High-performance flat spray nozzles

These are constructed as screw-in nozzles with a metric thread. Depending on the design, they are available with standard thread sizes and can be integrated directly into a metric ISO thread or ISO fine-thread connector.

High-performance nozzle exit unit

The nozzle exit unit, produced in hardened high-grade steel, can be used at operating pressures of up to 3000 bar depending on its design. Different flow rates and different high operating pressures are achieved depending on the bore size. This makes it easy to adapt to the specific circumstances of the customer.
