Lubrication

Friction is not a material or material combination property, but a property of the tribological system. It manifests itself in force effects and is usually undesirable due to the additional force required in moving systems. Not only does it impair the function of machines, it also causes significant energy losses, as well as temperature increases and wear with constant movement. A suitable measure to reduce the effects of interfering movement resistance is to lubricate the relevant components.

Optimal lubrication requires an even and targeted application of lubricant, grease or even corrosion protection in thin layers. The spectrum of applications ranges from applying release agents in tool moulds, lubricating tools and machines to applying oil to metal sheets. Applications that require continuous spraying or precise rhythmic spraying.
