The SCHLICK Pharma Spray-unit (supply unit with nozzles) is used especially when spraying in large drums or in working areas that are difficult to access. The lengths of the supply unit, which is made of acid-resistant stainless steel as standard, are manufactured exactly to the customer's requirements and precisely connected to the nozzle. This avoids assembly and adjustment problems.
The SCHLICK Pharma Spray-unit is available in a wide variety of designs and can be manufactured or adapted to customer specifications for the desired application. The Spray-unit comes with either a pressure nozzle or a two-substance nozzle.
Materials: FDA compliant 1.4404 (AISI 316L), titanium, hastelloy (surface quality of Ra < 0.8), PTFE. Other materials available on request.
