Applications

Mixing

When it comes to mixing processes, the atomisation of fluids onto bulk powders or particles within mixing machines plays a key role. The liquid used should be distributed as extensively as possible. During this process it is important to prevent excess moisture caused by the formation of coarse droplets.

Basic principle
The liquid is loaded into the starting product's fluidised bed and binds with the surface of the particles during the mixing process, which takes a matter of minutes.
